What Sexual Bullying Looks Like for Young Adults

Sexual bullying isn’t always loud, obvious, or physical. Sometimes, it’s covert.

It can start with unwanted messages, uncomfortable questions, or sexual harassment through digital platforms. And when systems like schools, coaches, or even family members turn a blind eye, the impact becomes even more traumatic.

In this video, we share a real-life example of how sexual bullying can unfold for teenagers and young adults, especially when those in power fail to protect the victim. Despite clear evidence, nothing was done. The predator wasn’t held accountable. Instead, he was allowed to infiltrate the victim’s personal spaces, at school, at practice, and even at home… turning what should have been a safe environment into a constant source of retraumatization.

This isn’t just a one-off story. This is what happens when image is valued more than integrity. It’s what happens when survivors are expected to “be mature” while abusers are excused.
